Back Talk & Sass

OCD is just a brain hiccup- it comes and it goes. This worry is my Obsessions overwhelming me but I’m stronger than it. I can do this. I can turn down the volume on OCD.

Where’s my evidence that OCD is lying to me? What’s the worst that could happen if OCD were actually telling the truth?

    1. I’m so glad it’s held near to others hearts as well! I’ll be updating an email address to be used in tandem with the blog. Be on the look out for a post later this afternoon! I’d love to hear from you😊

    1. I am SO happy to have you, as well as your entire class, staying posted! How were you all introduced? If any of you have OCD I would love to hear your personal stories. Look for a blog post later today that will be detailed with an email address to contact me.

    1. Unfortunately I know all to much about it! (Giggle) Rather than be boggled down with my OCD I’m happy to share what I know in hopes to help others suffering along side me as well as to inform the people who are on the outside looking in what life is truly like for us. Thanks for staying posted!

  1. Howdy! I could have sworn I’ve visited this blog before but
after going through some of the posts I realized it’s new
to me. Nonetheless, I’m certainly happy I discovered it and I’ll be book-marking it and checking back frequently!

  2. It’s a pity you don’t have a donate button! I’d certainly donate to this brilliant blog!

I guess for now i’ll settle for bookmarking and adding your RSS feed to
my Google account. I look forward to fresh updates and will share this
blog with my Facebook group. Chat soon!

  3. Ahhh I can relate to this OCD so much! What helps me is trying to accept the fact that the only thing you truly know is that you know nothing and that should be reason to move on. Or trying to differentiate the logic of the OCD and the logic of what you would normally think, such as: what would I think if OCD wasn’t around in me. You have a great blog and it is very important and inspiring! Keep up the good work 🙂

    1. If so difficult sometimes to differentiate between “normal thinking” and OCD’s voice! But you’re absolutely right, that’s exactly what you have to do.

Thank you so very much for the recognition. You used the word inspiring and my heart is touched. That’s exactly what I hope to do with blog. Inform and inspire.

Love, blessings and support to you!
